LifeSwitch
charity / 2004
LifeSwitch was created for the Christian Aid Week in May 2004. Using a fake Mac OSX Aqua look and a (barefoot) presenter, the concept for the site was to play with the idea of the Paradise Syndrome - the thought that although we may possess everything we need and more, we really feel we deserve a better live somewhere in the sun.
The site gives you a chance to switch places with another person in a country of your choice (Dominican Republic, Bolivia, etc.) - only to show you the reality of your new “dream” life. It is an ironic and perplexing take on American selfhelp-gurus and the human quest for happiness and fulfillment.
